They were fantastic from my very first call. After answering a few questions about my septic system, I was given a verbal quote and a tentative schedule (next day, what a pleasant surprise). I was told to watch for a follow-up email with an agreement to digitally “sign”. The quote matched what I was told on the phone and I firmed up for an afternoon appointment the next day. Two men in a very clean pump-truck were promptly at my door the next afternoon. I walked them to my back yard and showed them the lid to my septic tank. The leader of the two men respectfully asked me if I had any concerns about the process. He explained where they would like to park their truck and told me what to expect during their visit. Everything completed more quickly than I expected. When they finished, once again they knocked on my door, showed me how they had left the work area better than they found it and accepted my credit card as payment. This was by far the most professional septic service I e ever experienced. Highly recommend. 5 stars!!

I chose to work this company based on multiple recommendations in a neighborhood social media group. I saw why they were highly rated! The office staff were very pleasant and helpful. They worked directly with my septic maintenance company to schedule a time. They called and warned me when the driver was delayed and also notified my maintenance crew. The people who did the pump out work were helpful and polite. I highly recommend choosing this company, and I will happily choose them again in the future.

Called for septic tank pumpkins. Needed it done same day. The very professional and sympathetic scheduler stated she could schedule me for emergency after hours saying that if could work me in they would do that. About an hour later called and said I had been worked in and technician would arrive in about 45 minutes. The technician arrived on time and was professional and courteous. I highly recommend Paramount for your septic tank needs.
