Along with just a normal day to day buildup from toilet paper, grease, etc. he was able to locate the clean out, which we never dealt with. He used the camera and found our clean outs and found a huge tree root 50 feet in the drain. What a process, absolutely amazing! We cannot thank you enough for sending Mike to help us today. He was here for hours and did such an amazing job, and is so thorough and professional. Just seeing all the equipment in action is amazing, and I don't think we'll be bothered with tree roots for a long time! Thank you again.

They have been doing our septic service since 2010 and have been great. Punctual with appointments and driver is always respectful of our driveway and lawn. We did have a pipe issue over a weekend, and they got to us pretty quick and fixed the leak. The operator on the phone is friendly and helpful.
