I had a great experience with the team at the Back Bay Mattress Firm! We were on our way to another location but called and spoke to Mark and decided to go there instead since he was so helpful and knowledgeable over the phone. The team had so much patience and helped us with picking the right one to fit our needs. They also have a really great back to sale going on, I definitely recommend Mark, Mike and Fred.

The store is beautiful and the people are welcoming and very helpful. We met Heather and she was wonderful. Very informative and knowledgeable. I did my research prior to going to the store. Saatva's reviews from customers and consumer reports are top notch ratings. Their pricing is very fare and is the same you would see online. We needed to physically try out the mattress in person and it was well worth it. We had visited a few bigger chain mattress stores and well known names where the pricing was very expensive and their mattresses were not top rated. Some were new technology and everyone I found the reviews were all over the place. We are excited to get our new mattress. This is your go to place if you are looking for a top quality mattress, priced right and good service.

We were able to try the exact mattress model and firmness that we were considering. All questions were answered by an informed, friendly sales associate who listened to our needs. No hard sell tactics. The Boston showroom is beautiful. Easy shopping. The price was more than reasonable for a custom manufactured mattress.
