Mr Misko, Mrs Mable Brignac and Mrs Tiffany Logan all personally assisted me on my journey and process of my SSDI claim. They have a remarkable reputation and tremendous success rate with social security disability claims for a reason, they WILL ensure that you will get a favorable decision guaranteed.
I not only speak for myself but also numerous friends and family members that I’ve also referred to Benjamin Misko all of whom have also received favorable decisions on their disability claims. For anyone that has submitted a disability claim, or considering submitting a claim you need to enlist the help of a qualified law firm that not only knows and understands the system but will give you hands on guidance and are 100% committed to ensuring that you receive a favorable decision from social security.
100% satisfaction guaranteed and that’s a fact.
This office uses ableism and misogyny to attempt to control and harm clients. Do not hire them. It is not an exaggeration when I say: every single thing Ben Misko told me throughout this process was completely wrong - from the process itself, to how the judge wouod behave, to prepping me to be ready, to the insurance information he claimed his client use "all the time" that doesn't exist. Ben Misko is an awful lawyer. I hired him primarily to prepare me for hearing and to communicate with SSA because their office makes it impossible to if you cant go there in person. He never once provided me with the accomodations I asked for in my first call. He never once scheduled a call with me, either, just expected me to be ready for sensitive info whenever he called. Every single time I asked for my aide or a witness to be on the call with Ben, he FREAKED OUT. Every time he threatened to withdraw. Which he ended up doing, after losing my case, so he can still grift off my disability money. Ben doesnt work with clients, he just attempts to bulldozer them in conversation, control what they do, and then smiles and gives excuses when he loses their money and has a limp spine in front of judges. He does a great job towing the line to protect ableism and systemic harm, while pretending he is never at fault for it. Mable gave me incorrect info every single time she allegedly spoke to SSA for me. Whenever I told her this, she responded with, "I know what Im saying. I do this everyday." That means what SSA tells me is wrong? I can just call them back and tell them but Mable says so? Aaron is sexist. Every time I asked a clarifying question, he acted like I was speaking another language. I would have to ask him to try to clarify with someone else because I couldn't attempt to keep explaining. It felt like he was using weaponized incompetence to try not to understand so he wouldn't need to do work to answer. He kept me on the phone to talk about social matters having nothing to do with my case, making me uncomfortable. Aaron seems to think clients are his therapists or friends. He is incredibly manipulative. Ben didn't schedule a single call with me during the entire time we worked together. Every time I requested one, he ignored me until I repeated my request 3 times. A lawyer who respects his clients and understands disability would never operate this way. Ben was more concerned about not hurting the judge's feelings than he was about my case. He argued with me every single step. He brought up topics and then chastised me for talking about them. He interrupts you CONSTANTLY. Every time I called Ben out for using misogyny and ableism, he used DARVO techniques to play the victim and act like I was abusive. He has no clue what ableism looks like, but uses his client's stories to double down on saying he does. His office uses microaggressions in their everyday communication, infantilizes clients, refuses to explain processes, does not even have basic paperwork set up to be able to help clients track info, and ARGUES when it is pointed out that he doesnt format paperwork correctly instead of fixing it to be legible. This is the bare minimum amount of what should be happening and when I asked for basic accomodations, Ben acted like he didnt understand that, either. ANYONE who pays their bills using money from disabled people should be able to identify and use basic accomodations in their workplace. The fact Ben doesnt even know what accomodations are is SHOCKING and inexcusable. Every single time I was contacted by this office, they would do things that escalate people in a crisis. They have ZERO trauma informed training and ZERO skills in supporting people in stress. Worse, though, they do the exact wrong things that are known to be the worst responses to stress. It is shocking how stunted this office is. They work with the SSA to harm disabled people as their lifes work. They protect judges who harm disabled people, while treating disabled people like invalids. Hiring them is a sure loss for your health and your case. - Sierra Reply
