Beth is awesome! She has great recommendations to how my haircut would fit on my face and gave me styling tips. Shes a stylist that cares about what the client wants and her insight is very much appreciated. I left very happy with my new bangs (after being so afraid it would look weird on me) and hair cut. Very happy with Beth and looking forward to coming back :) In addition the Salon is super clean and i appreciate the very nice and welcoming receptionist's! I love the location and the parking is great.

They made my son really comfortable and open to changes, helped teaching him basic skills and recommended a product that will be really effective. She was incredibly friendly to both of us and we loved her service and the way she comforted Elias with his anxiety about thinning his hair and offered additional solutions. The whole staff was super friendly and they are so welcoming. This is our second time here and will definitely be coming back and recommending to friends and family.

The staff here always make me feel like they genuinely care about me as a person and not just a client. They are ALWAYS warm and professional, and it always feels authentic. You can tell customer service is important to this team. I see Laura for lash extensions and she is so sweet. She does a fantastic job, every time. She has me as a client for life.

Massages from Sarah at Serenity Spa Tacoma have become not only the best part but the most helpful and healing part of my body care routine. She is a master at what she does and truly cares about me and my body and how it’s working (or not working). The spa is clean and calm and has great products to purchase as well. I really can’t recommend it and Sarah enough.

A clean, welcoming and relaxing space. Sara is a master craftswoman who was as skilled as she was welcoming. I have neglected my body through many years of blue collar work and long gym hours. She efficiently found areas of consternation and worked through them. Sara and her work are now a regular part of my health routine and my sport is improving for it.

I highly recommend Serenity Spa. I enjoyed all the procedures and can say that the professionals here are top notch. It's a great place to relax and harmonize your face, body and soul. Special thanks to Esthetician Kayla Cameron. You are amazing.

HM ADVANCED SKIN & LASH SPA REVIEWS

I have had 3 laser hair removal treatments at HM Spa. I have dark, thick hairs that grow on my chin/lip area and there has been a noticeable difference even after 1 treatment! The hair grows back slower and thinner than before. Kim has been doing my laser hair removal and she has so much knowledge about the spa, its services, and the process and expectations for laser hair removal. She is very invested in making the experience as comfortable and effective as possible. The staff I have met at the spa (both human and canine) are so kind and helpful. And the spa itself is always clean and well decorated. This is my first hair removal experience at any spa and I have really enjoyed it.

If your looking for eye lash extensions, look no further! This is the best experience I have ever had. I got my eye lash extensions done by Kim Tran and I am beyond grateful I did. She did an amazing job and was extremely sweet. She makes you feel comfortable and makes the hour just fly by because she has a conversation with you the entire time. Also compared to other places that offer eye lash extensions they were priced the cheapest i could find which is surprising considering how great they turned out! Overall, my experience was better than I could of ever asked for. I highly recommend Kim if your looking to get eye lash extensions.

Proactively I got mislaying permanent eyebrow makeup. My hair will fall out with chemotherapy. Su is so personable and professional. The vibe in the shop is chill and inclusive. Looking forward to trying some other services to pamper myself.
