The experience was great. The staff is very professional and friendly and explained everything in detail before, during and after. For someone who works in physical labor my body was tight and needed to relax. The person who massaged me was Frank. If you prefer someone who can massage harder, he is your guy. They will definitely help you to feel as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend Renew Day Spa. My body definitely feels more relax than before.

This place is incredible. They do 1 hour foot rubs for $40- SUCH a great value, the practitioners are hospitable and professional, and one of the things I find to be incredibly important is that they have great technique. They make you feel like you’re getting a deep tissue massage in your feet and you discover muscles you didn’t know you had. It seems like they have a specific routine, so if you go with a friend you’ll never feel like the two of you are getting different experiences.

I loved my time at Renew Day Spa! I had a maternity massage and it was lovely. She focused on everything I needed and more! She listened to me when I asked for lighter pressure and she accommodated all of my needs! Would recommend!!
