Awesome, quick, efficient customer service from management and workers Wendy and Sabrina. Very helpful on phone. Stands out as best storage facility in the area. Great large spaces and very convenient location. Front desk management and office workers are very nice and helpful.
People are so nice here. My brother stores his West Village excess here and they have big rolling carts, helpful staff and the loading dock doors always work. Clean bathroom and sinks. Great Colombian cooking nearby in Paterson.
Sabrina the manager was Great!!! Loved her energy and she made the experience wonderful.
