Shield self storage has GREAT customer service. I needed a 5 x 10 unit. Ed guided me thru out the process. They even offer a free truck to move in the storage. Never heard of a storage company that provides that. Can't ask for a better deal.
The owner is a great guy who really cares about his customers and goes out of his way to provide the best possible solutions to their storage needs. Easy to work with, convenient unit-access and competitively priced, Shield Self Storage is a solid facility.
I have been using this self storage facility for 11 months and I am very satisfied with the service. The owner goes out of his way to make sure everything is ok. I would recommend this facility to anyone. Try it.
