CubeSmart Self Storage Paterson

I had such a great experience at Cube smart, Joseph, Thalia and and Esmeralda were absolutely amazing with my family and I, they waited for us to move everything even though it was close to closing time. They had smiles on their faces no matter the circumstances and that’s great customer service! Btw the barcode didn’t work on the card :)

I rented with this location two times and must say it’s still the best place ever! Their prices beat the other storage places, the unit space is always clean and more for your money. In addition, the customer service is always superior and thank you to Thalia for a pleasant check in. I recommend this.

Roaches and mice. Elevators are always broke. Closes way too early and Management are very disrepectful to the customers. Terrible y no te gusto nada.
