Delta Self Storage

As soon as I stepped into the facility I loved how clean and nice it smelled. Claudia greeted me with warmest welcome. She was amazing, took her time to explain all the details as she toured me through showing all the different sizes that may have worked for. I must say Claudia’s customer service was 10/10. I left knowing I most definitely would be signing on with Delta and Claudia is a huge reason why. Thank you Claudia for all you attention and assistance. She found me a driver to move into my storage the same day and easily transferred my reservation to a bigger unit. She made this experience so much smoother and I love her energy, spirit, and humor. I got my new storage unit and found a new friend.

First of all, the facility is new, clean and easily accessible. The staff there is very friendly and helpful, and they treat you with the highest level of customer service. We dealt with Fadia and I cannot say enough good about our experience in working with her. She went out of her way to get us the best storage space for our needs and even offered to followup with us on her day off. That sealed the deal for us, and we are moving from a nearby competing storage facility to Delta.

Just left Public Storage! Terrible service, rate increase of 30% + multiple times per year! New tenant at delta! Lovely facility, with amazing service! Thank you FADIA for you kindness and hard work.
