I had the wonderful pleasure of working with Neil at the Mallory location in Jersey City. When I say this man made a pleasurable experience working with extra space storage, this man did just that! It was my mom’s first time getting a storage unit and he made her experience stress free! He thoroughly explained all the units that would accommodate her belongings by providing tours of each one. Then when it was time to confirm the unit of her choice he ensured that she understood the obligations and explained the contract in detail! Overall we had a great experience.

These guys are amazing. Super helpful. They assisted in a pinch when I had a 300lb statue come in from China. They facilitated my needs perfectly. I highly recommend them for your storage needs.
