I have been with extra space for about 7 years. I just wanted to let people know how I feel about my relationship with this company. I am a contractor and need space to put my tools and extra materials. It is a very tough market out here right now and every penny counts. I also understand that each and every day prices go up for goods and everything for that matter. There have been a couple times where I had called Extra Space and explained to them I was struggling. Both time's someone at my storage facility took the time to listen and then helped me. This time it was a lady named Trisha. She worked with me and we figured out a way to lower some of that burden. I just wanted to let people know there are still good people and good companies out there in this rough market willing to work with people and help people in a positive way. Made everything so easy and always communicated with me. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.
Ben is the best! Really enjoyed speaking with him when I originally picked out my unit, he helped me get the right size and strategically think through moving things in. Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and always on top of it. Great place for storage.

This is by far the best storage facility I have been with and I have had a bunch of them from coast to coast over the years for either personal storage or business storage purposes. These storage units in Kansas City are very clean and affordable and not to mention... they are affordable climate controlled storage units in KC! And the staff is second to none! Theresia, the property manager, is as helpful and courteous as can be. I would recommend this storage facility to everyone... It's a hidden storage facility gem.
Theresa at the front office was able to come in on a Saturday morning to get me checked in to my storage unit. She made the process easy and quick to get set up and unit was clean. Great service.
