Extra Space Storage

i’ve had my unit here for several months, and I have to say I am extremely happy. I feel like my things are secure and safe. And don’t even get me started on management. They are wonderful. Most of my experience has been with Victoria. She is one of the greatest managers I’ve ever dealt with. She’s very kind and courteous, and she remembers every customer by their name. Every time I came in she knew exactly who I was and she never forgets my storage unit number. Also, as I’m leaving this message in review, I wanted to also offer my prayers and condolences to both of these wonderful managers tonight there was a fire at the facility and it damaged both of their apartment units that are on site, causing so much damage that they both lost everything that they own. I made sure to hug them. They both were trying to apologize in case my stuff is damaged, but I told him not to even talk about that. I was more concerned at the moment about them and their families my stuff is replaceable. I can deal with all of that later, if anything was damaged, but my friendship with them is more important than my personal belongings right now. Please if there’s anyway that we can help both of them, please let Know

I wish two thank miss CRYSTAL TAYLOR for her assistance in helping my sister acquire a storage unit. Her professionalism, insight, & generosity was BEYOND REPROACH. She went above & beyond to ensure my sister's needs were met. IF I ever have any storage needs, I will INSIST that miss Crystal sees to those needs! Thank You, miss Taylor!!

Extra space storage has friendly staff that will go above and beyond if they can. Units are safe and secure. Just a great place to store belongings.
