Life Storage Alexandria

I needed to open a storage unit in Alexandria when I was still living in MA along with get a package there before I arrived. The manager, Mike, was extremely helpful and went out of his way to be of assistance. I could tell he was busy on site, but he took the time with me over several phone calls and was polite and professional. Really appreciate it Mike.

Super helpful ppl both in person & on the phone, facility is of the older sort but nothing a little paint will not fix, there are outside entry units & ones with inner entries. Lighting in units is on a timer, entry & hall lighting activated with motion. Easy to enter & leave with individual security code. They have locks for sale if you do not have one yourself, also other storage boxes & bubble wrap are available. Drainage on site seems to be very good.

Handled my storage locker auction sale quickly and painlessly. Showed me how to use the freight elevator and gave me a code for the gate. Very friendly and efficient.
