My experience at this Public Storage has been simply smooth, Kelly has been a saving grace to many including myself she is good to her staff and to those who come todo business. With hard working staff at this location your sure to have a good experience. I've also been help by josh in office and I've seen his diligent work ethic on the property. Over all the best public Storage in Frisco Tx.

Kelly is an absolutely AMAZING manager. This is how customer service is supposed to be done. She took the time to understand my storage needs and recommend the BEST approach (aka - not just try to sell me a space). She's knowledgeable in how their systems work and is so friendly. The place is super clean, and has easy access.

Kelley at the front desk is an absolute joy to work with! She made the process of renting and getting moved in so easy. Appreciate you guys! Kelley is amazing.
