I never imagined that a storage place can feel so warm and welcoming. I love Steven and how he goes above and beyond to help and accommodate us at any time. He is incredibly dedicated and easy to communicate with. My friend and I have had very specific needs and all of them were met with maximum efficiency. Ilce is also super helpful and welcoming. The professional and kind demeanor of these workers is exemplary. The place is squeaky clean and the customer service is top-notch.
