Went to find a new place because our old storage place was completely unprofessional and unkempt. Right from the start we noticed that place was clean and the office personnel, Elvia and Alex, were extremely professional and kind. Elvia was amazing. She is very personable, knowledgeable, and just an amazing person and employee. SmartStop is lucky to have them. Thank you so much and I look forward to seeing you both around.
