Edwin was super. He was on time and very kind. He helped save me so much money by telling me to see if the parts I needed were under warranty, and they were! He was very responsive and immediately available to put them in. The price for his labor was exactly what he quoted me, and he worked efficiently. Moving forward, I will always call him when I need a plumber.

We had some moisture in one of our bedrooms, and Chris came out to do a free leak detection. He had clear expertise, spent almost an hour at our house, and ran multiple pressure tests on our lines. He even fixed the leaky sprinkler in the back yard for us, just to make sure we weren't getting a false positive (we were!). At the end of the test, he concluded definitively that we don't have a leak in any of our pressurized water lines, charged us nothing, and recommended someone to call next for another free consult. The guy they suggested we call had a similar level of expertise, spent an hour troubleshooting with us, and helped us diagnose the problem. I hope I never have a slab leak that requires pipeline's services, but if I do, I'd call Chris back in a heartbeat.
