During the most difficult time in our lives, Ralph Rodriguez provided the most professional and caring service. He went above and beyond to make sure my husband did not have to linger in the morgue in the hospital. The thought of that horrified me and he drove to my home late at night to have me sign release papers(which hospital failed to do) and transported my husband to Brown Colonial Mortuary that night. He helped my daughters and I every step along the way with compassion and patience. He was even able to find us a priest to provide services during Holy Week. I was so pleased with the quality of service that I have already prearranged my own funeral. I would highly recommend Brown Colonial Mortuary when the time comes that you need a place that cares about you and your family.

He came to the house immediately and was so compassionate and kind and brought a positive sunny attitude to an otherwise sad morning. Every step of the way we felt supported and valued! Also, a shout-out to Adella whom I met with six months ago to make all the arrangements at their office. The funeral home will take care of your loved one as if they were a part of their own family. If possible, get a small life insurance policy from the funeral home that has the funeral home as the beneficiary to cover the costs. This will make service arrangement less stressful, or if you can, pay for the services ahead of time.
