Laura and Katie in the office were extremely helpful and professional! I was impressed with how they managed multiple issues with a calm demeanor. They were problem solvers and made the customer feel valued. Our truck driver, Gary, was also extremely helpful. He went above and beyond to make our move successful. The storage unit was clean and temperature controlled. I was grateful for all the carts and flatbeds! I would recommend this business to everyone.

This place was fantastic. The managers Jordan and Kylen were both super friendly and helpful, and the rental process was easy. Compared to other options I looked at, the price was awesome. I had absolutely 0 problems, the communication was wonderful, and move-out was flawless. If I ever need storage again, I’ll be back.

Storexpress Southside is a great facility to store your belongings. The Manager, Jordan was professional, polite, and extremely helpful. I would recommend them to anyone in the area.
