First time being with Trojan storage. I had called maybe three different times to get information and Jorge, Howie and Jessica helped me so much! They were so patient with me which is so nice! On moving day, I was panicked about it not going smoothly and Howie and Jorge made sure everything was smooth. They even walked me to my unit because I’m so directionally challenged lol. Great experience! Great prices! Friendly and professional! Thank you thank you.
Jorge is Amazing in taking really good care has excellent Customer Service. Your in really good care with your things. Jesica is Great also Avery positive and I would recommend more people to come by and have the care that is always suppose to have in any facility.
