We love eating here as often as we can. We do not live in Evansville but we have made the trip just to eat lunch. My husband loves the Cha Cha sushi roll. Always fresh and beautifully prepared. I eat the steak hibachi and it is hot fresh and tasty. The service is excellent. Very personable and they often remember how and what we eat. We enjoy being in the restaurant because it is a much quieter place than most. The sushi menu looks very extensive so if you enjoy sushi I am sure you’ll find plenty to choose that suits your taste.

We order combo fried rice and sushi rolls. The atmosphere is nice. The server she was smiling all time which was nice. They do have some good sushi’s on their menu that you need to tried out.

Excellent rainbow roll. Fish very fresh. Hibachi chicken was juicy and delicious. Fresh veggies and good soup/salad. Rice could have more flavor.

Visited here on Christmas for dinner. They were very busy with mostly take out dinners. There were a few folks in the dining room. Their staff were working really hard to keep up with the orders. The staff were very friendly, kind, and professional. The restaurant is small but very clean. The food was worth waiting for on a cold busy Christmas evening. Would recommend trying this place. We will be back here again. Easy to find and park at this location.

Took the wife and kids out for the wife's birthday. We really enjoy Fujiyama and have never had a bad experience. The lunch bento box is a great deal. We have tried numerous rolls and the Butterfly Roll is one of my favorites. I always go with the 3 piece sushi and a roll. The sushi is always prepared nicely and the sushi always seems fresh. Service is top notch even when they are busy. Stop in and give them a shot.

Got take out tonight for the family. They were slammed busy, because evidently it's some kind of holiday involving Cupid and likely the Hallmark company. This is a family-run business and they always do a fantastic job. The sushi is the best in town, and the staff is friendly and always keep my iced tea full. Highly recommended.
