" Mr. Le's Sushi consists of staff who are always polite and accommodating while you are entering the restaurant. Their menu seemed extensive, the portions were the right size, and the fish was fresh. There are lots of tables, booths, and a sushi bar area. You can order from a menu or select your sushi directly from a whiteboard, and your choice of soup or salad accompanies each sushi order. Mr. Le's Sushi has a television in the restaurant to provide good entertainment. They also have high chairs to accommodate the kids, and the restaurant has vegan dishes for the customers. Mr. Le's Sushi accepts credit Cards for their payments. The restaurant is wheelchair-accessible and equipped with restroom facilities for guest convenience.

2026 Highlights: Mr. Le's Sushi provides tasty rewards, allowing customers to earn 10% back on every order. They also offer lunch specials and bento boxes."

This was our first time here and it did not disappoint! I had read other reviews that raved about the sushi and they were so right. We ordered the sashimi plate, eel roll, tuna roll and spicy salmon roll. My husband also got the steak and chicken teppanyaki and it was perfectly cooked by a super entertaining and talented chef! We can't wait to come back.

Our meals were delicious! Our server/cook, at our table was awesome! He was fun and nice! He was really good at entertaining and talented. All of our food was really really good. We've been to a lot of Japanese hibachi grills and this was by far one of the best!!.

This is the best sushi restaurant in Kc. The Joplin roll is delicious. I also got fried rice. Hibachi chicken was excellent as well. We come back all the time. It's not cheap, but it's worth it.

MR. LE'S SUSHI REVIEWS

This place has been around since I was a kid and I know why! They are so consistent with the food, sushi and service! I usually get the Lennox roll because of the fried snapper and the Las Vegas roll that is lightly deep fried in the same batter that they use for the calamari! It's so thin and crispy. It just adds a little something extra special. I literally have to have the sushi every Wednesday for the rest of my life!!!!.

This place is aptly called, “the best kept secret of Kansas”. Food was delicious, the fish was fresh, beyond our expectations. We ordered granny roll and assorted sushi. The Salmon nigiri was the favorite of all, it just melted in mouth. Will definitely come back.

Look, I love this place. This isn't Jiro, this is strip mall sushi and it's the best strip mall sushi ever. Fun rolls that are very well made with great rice, and Vietnamese food as well. Service is comfortable and the whole place is homey. We've been coming here for years and it always hits.

Blue Sushi Sake Grill is one of our favorite sushi spots in Kansas City. The quality of the sushi is always excellent and everything tastes fresh and well prepared. The atmosphere is great, very welcoming and perfect whether you are going for a casual meal or a nice night out. The staff are always very friendly, attentive, and kind, which makes the whole experience even better. You can really tell they care about their customers and take pride in what they do. If you are looking for great sushi, a fun atmosphere, and wonderful service, this place is definitely worth visiting. We always enjoy coming here and will continue recommending it to friends and family.

We LOVE Blue Sushi! This is our go-to place for happy hours and for when we just want to hang out and have food and drinks. Everything is freshly prepared and we have never had a bad experience here. The service is ALWAYS AMAZING! Allie and Raul are our favorites, and we make sure to ask for them if they are available! You will never be without with them, and they definitely bring the vibes! We know service is always going to be top notch when one of them are taking care of us!.

Great happy hour and a bonus that it’s all day Sunday! It was a lil busy but we got sat right away at the sushi bar (party of 2). Sushi was fresh and delicious as always!.
