Bonsai Garden Sushibar is a hidden gem in Canyon Country. The staff are also very friendly and willing to accommodate. Hikari Sushi Special includes Sacho special and eight pieces of California roll or eight pieces of spicy tuna roll, served with miso soup. The Boat Entrees come with deep-fried soft shell crab, teriyaki beef, teriyaki chicken, six pieces of tempura, eight pieces of California roll or spicy tuna, sashimi, gyoza, and egg roll. The customers can enjoy a good dine-in experience at a Sushi bar. You really can't beat quality fish and skilled chefs serving up unique and creative raw and cooked delicacies for super reasonable prices.

One of the best treasures is the place you drive past for years before finally giving it a try. That was my experience with Sushi Song. The food is ultimately why people keep coming back, but the warm atmosphere, family-owned feel, and balcony dining area make it stand out. In my opinion, it’s one of the best Japanese restaurants Santa Clarita has to offer.

The best sushi I've had in a long time! This place was busy, but not too much as there was no wait. The service was amazing! They quickly took my order and my food was prepared immediately. I did not have to wait long and the food tasted great! The atmosphere was calm and relaxing. They even had a TV so you can watch sports.

We’ve been coming here for almost 10 years and have never had a bad meal., it’s always fresh! This mom and pop sushi restaurant in my opinion is the best in town. Sometimes service can be slow but being busy is a great sign of a good sushi restaurant! Busy means fresh fish and let me tell you, Kenny knows how to choose the fish.

Bonsai Garden Sushi Bar in Santa Clarita is a true hidden gem! Every visit here is a delight—from the incredibly fresh, high-quality sushi to the beautifully presented rolls that are both flavorful and creative. The prices are surprisingly reasonable given the quality, making it an exceptional value for sushi lovers. What truly sets this place apart is the service. The staff is warm, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and ensure a great dining experience every time.

This place is the bomb. The happy hour is the best. The fish is so fresh and the chefs are freaking awesome. I'm not a salmon fan but their salmon special changed me. Now I crave that dam roll weekly. If you are looking for something amazing then this is it. Check them out. Go for happy hour.... It's Monday - Thursday 3-6pm. Just be aware it can get busy during happy hour. Sit at the bar.. Best seats. You won't be disappointed.

Had amazing and immediate service, sushi bar was empty and nearby parties were quiet, great atmosphere similar to actual sushi bars in Japan. Service was fast, nice, and accommodating. Fish was a great portion and very fresh tasting, large selection for sake / beers from Japan which definitely earns the Bar in the name. Come for a good time.
