If you love Sushi, and as much as you can eat, then you can't go wrong eating at Trappers. Everything on the menu is fantastic. When you sit at the sushi bar you will have the best experience ever. You'll see how the chef's really care about their customers. While sitting there one of the chefs looked up and said to the other chef "get some octopus ready". Sure enough the gentleman who sat near me ordered a roll that had octopus. Try this place when you get a craving for sushi, you won't be disappointed.

It's tough to beat the value of AYCE. The fish was fresh. The servers really were hustling. Nice atmosphere, very bright. Hot green tea was nice as well. I'd come back. These folks deliver consistently and I'm always impressed by the staffs demeanor.

Sushi is really good. The all you can eat lunch and dinner special is great.

UGLY TUNA SUSHI REVIEWS

This is an awesome Japanese restaurant that serves top notch quality ingredients. I’ve had sushi all over the world and this place is surprisingly great in Surprise. We ordered mostly nigiri, the toro is incredible and worth the market price, their seaweed is super fresh. Ended our meal with my favorite a spicy tuna hand roll. This will be a regular stop on our food rotation of restaurants. Worth every penny for great quality food and awesome service.

What a great experience. I’ve had sushi from all over the country and Ugly Tuna is definitely one of my top favorites in Arizona! The fish was fresh and tasted delicious. Servers and chefs alike were all smiles and very attentive. I highly recommend grabbing the shrimp tempura appetizer as well as the Louisiana Roll and Phoenix Roll. This is easily the best sushi restaurant in Surprise and the west valley as a whole!.

Best sushi and ramen by far in PHX. Waitress was super attentive and friendly. But the food is the star here. Just incredible and FRESH. I’ll let my pictures speak for them self.

Very good food and cocktails . All staff with positive attitude, efficient, friendly, specially Jessica our server that went above and beyond. We had happy hour that was amazing. Loved sashimi, shishito papers, Brussels sprouts. We just enjoyed everything.

fantastic experience at Blue Sake Sushi Grill. We ordered the Thriller baked roll, Lion King roll, Jalapeño Popper roll, San Marcos roll, and Cherry Bomb nigiri — every single item was a hit. Our favorites were the San Marcos and the Thriller. The Thriller baked roll was rich and flavorful without being heavy, and the San Marcos had the perfect balance of freshness, texture, and flavor. The hot popper roll had a great kick, the Cherry Bomb nigiri was super fresh, and the charred spicy garlic edamame was delicious. Excellent food, very good green tea, great presentation, and solid service. Easily one of the best sushi spots in Surprise — we’ll definitely be back.

This place has such a fun vibe! The open layout and design are so fun. Everything we ordered was flavorful and very fresh. We got the ceviche and brussel sprouts for an appetizer and I ordered the Amazon and Spanish Fly. Will definitely be back again.
