This place is very close to my school so I go here often to have lunch with my friends. It's a small place but the food is always warm and pleasant! I'm always hungry so I don't take pictures most of the time :D But this time I made sure I did. We ordered Tom Yum Fried Rice and Thai Suki Yaki (Thai style glass noodles with chicken, shrimp and egg). The soup was soo flavorful and all the things in it went so well with the soup! The rice was a mixture of tangy, sweet and spicy. I've also had a lot of other things on the menu and they're all pretty good.

I usually get delivery from this place. I love that I can add a comment/note about the level of spiciness to the order and they will make my food Thai street-style spicy! I've dined in once and they have good number of seatings inside and upstairs.

This place has really great food and service. I always get the shrimp pad see ew and it never disappoints. 10/10 best thai iced tea as well! If you wanna get some thai food in the Newark/Rutgers area please visit them!.

TOPAZ THAI RESTAURANT REVIEWS

My friend and I went here right before Christmas so the ambience was very cozy and warm. Elena (sorry if I got the name slightly wrong :P) served us. She was just wonderful, extremely sweet and always had a smile on her face! We had basil fried rice, crispy volcano shrimp, and Pad Kee Mao. All the dishes were yum but wish they were a bit more hot! For the desert, we went with melted choco lava with ice cream which was okay. The best part is it has BYOB. So have fun with your drinks as well! It was a great night overall. Thanks to Topaz.

I’ve been loving Topaz for several years. I had dinner with my friend again here after I moved back to NJ. Glad to see more new dishes on the menu. Still love Basil crispy duck so much. Tried Thai tacos for the first time. We also ordered papaya salad and curry. We both liked all of them.

The food was amazing and quick service! The Mama Loaded Tacos were AMAZING I got the curry was very tasty and same with the pork, plus the fried ice cream!.

We loved the food and the variety of options. So many vegan and vegetarian options, you can customize many items and everyone loved what they got. Big servings, very affordable, and lovely drinks too. The atmosphere is very basic (it’s more of a “let’s grab lunch mid work” or a takeout place) but service was friendly and helpful, and we hope to come back.

This place is amazing. The food is delicious. If you love Thai this place is a must. Pad Thai, Chicken Tempura, Spring Rolls, meatballs, Fried Rice and the different drinks like bubble tea, everything was good. The waiter Juan was on point, had a smile and was friendly. We met Tony the owner and is super friendly.

Delicious food and good service. The waiter was accommodating and made sure we got whatever is needed. You must try the Thai coffee it’s so good. My first time there I had the drunken noodles with shrimp and the spicy salad and I must say I was satisfied with everything.
