On time towing was not only on time but they were earlier. Very knowledgeable about cars in general but experts at towing. They do not damage your vehicle at all because they know how to do it the correct way. Prices were reasonable and competitive. Will definitely give them the highest marks and will keep to use them again. Super pleased.

Arrived at a job site in Margate and had a coolant hose break. Called Luis and he sent over Tony. I was picked up and returned to my shop in North Miami very quick. Very quick service, respectable and absolutely professional!

Luis was amazing!!! My Tesla x 2021 was Completely dead would not open or do anything, Luis knew exactly how to deal with my car how to open it and start jumó the car. Then was able to tow my car to the closest supercharger station and made sure before he left the car was charging and everything was going well he was absolutely a lifesaver. Can not put in words how thank ful I am God is Good! On time towing was the best!

I had broken down on memorial day weekend. I couldn't find anyone to tow me due to the Holiday. Called tow express and they dispatched Lazaro (hope I spelled it correctly) He showed up very quickly, excellent service, great price, very friendly. Called AAA first since I was a member only to be told they had no drivers available. That's when I called this company and glad I did! Lost my receipt and he was nice enough to send me another copy so I could be reimbursed by AAA. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Blew a tire on highway 836 near downtown Miami, GEICO handed me over to Tow Express Towing Service and they were there in 30 minutes. The driver was friendly and very professional he gave me an honest assessment of the situation when we arrived at a local shop.
