Renato Gonclaves, the technician of Shades By Design, came by my home and helped me with setting up the charger for my shades. He was kind enough to explain the differences in my shades and how each one works. He truly went beyond to make sure I felt comfortable. He was courteous and efficent. I would highly reccommend him and the company for window treatments.

Just had a project completed by Shades by Design. Worked with Hanna and Jennifer and the process was absolutely seamless start to finish. Prices were right, they were responsive, came with great ideas, and everything was completed on time and on budget.

Ray Galvin was incredible to work with. Shades by Design is a top of the line company and we are so grateful to them to walk us through the process of purchasing an awning. I highly recommend them.

Cody Fardella did my install he was completely professional & took his time getting the perfect position of my zebra roller shades. He was also very informative on any recommendations that I needed. These shades are very good quality compared to other companies. The guy who did my measurements was very thorough & used a laser for exact measurements. I highly recommend using this company.

The manager communicated with me via phone and email very professionally. Their product is high end and they offer a range of customization to adapt to my personal budget. The quote was sent to my email within minutes of having spoken to the manager. She provided me several options to customize my curtains.

Impressed with the quality of the motorized blinds. As they say you get what you pay for. Great selection and process was very easy with professionals with experience.
