3 Best Apartments For Rent in Miami, FL

I have lived at SOMA for over a year and couldn't be happier. My experience here has been wonderful so far. Kevin and the administrative / facilities team have been great . The location is perfect for me with grocery stores, banks, pharmacies, & nightlife just steps away. The amenities are top notch and areas are always clean. They even provide monthly social events for all tenants which is one of the nice perks. This past year (2024) they put brand new rugs on all floors and painted all interior walls. I took a chance on choosing this property despite the mixed reviews and I am very glad I did. Are there some issues? Yes, a few like in most places but the positive definitely outweighs the negative and they always try to handle as soon as possible. Most issues are caused by current tenants living here... I just signed my lease renewal so that should tell you how much I like it here. Thanks SOMA team!

This place is lovely, and my experience was made even better by Kevin. From the moment we talked, he made everything clear with his friendly, genuine style. He really went out of his way to help me find the perfect floorplan. Plus, the gym and pool are awesome, and the location couldn’t be better. I've been living in Soma for a couple of months now, and I couldn’t be happier with both my apartment and the community. From the very start, Kevin, the leasing agent, made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He was incredibly helpful in finding the perfect apartment for me. Tori and Alex have also been great—super friendly and always willing to assist with anything I need. The amenities are fantastic too! The gym is well-equipped, and the common areas, like the theater, pool, and social center, are always well-maintained and inviting. It really feels like home here!

I came to the building as a delivery driver, and Eduardo, the concierge, went above and beyond to help me out. He was friendly, respectful, and made the whole process quick and easy. It’s not every day you meet someone in his position who treats delivery drivers with such kindness and professionalism. It’s clear he takes pride in making guests and delivery drivers feel welcome and taken care of. The 5th Ave Concierge are without a doubt some outstanding workers, really going above and beyond their duty.

Concierge Eduardo offered such warm and outstanding service that I felt compelled to leave a review. I arrived a few days ago to visit family for the holidays, and from the moment we checked in to the walk down the long hallway to the elevator (which gave us a good laugh), Eduardo made the whole experience seamless.
