We had a wonderful stay at the Marriott Miami Biscayne Bay! One of the highlights of our visit was the exceptional dining experience, thanks to Chef Michael. His food was absolutely delicious — every dish was beautifully prepared and full of flavor. Beyond the outstanding cuisine, Chef Michael truly stood out for his warm and caring personality. He took the time to come out and greet guests personally, which made the experience feel even more special and welcoming. It’s rare to see that kind of genuine hospitality, and it left a lasting impression. Highly recommend dining here if you’re staying at the hotel — Chef Michael’s culinary talents and kind nature make it an experience not to miss.

From the time I walked in the door everything exceeded my expectations! From the front desk accommodating my request to the housekeeping staff! Everyone was so nice, they all went above and beyond even during the busy Memorial holiday! Definitely want to give a shout out to Alberto A, he was such a joy every time we crossed paths and made sure I was happy with my stay! Also to Isaac at the pool bar, super friendly and accommodating! Awesome experience, highly recommended.

We stayed here the night before a cruise. We flew in early the day before our stay and we were able to get checked in early an get some sleep. We were very grateful. The service was quick. The room was clean. It was a great location close to free public transportation. I would definitely stay here again.

I had the pleasure of enjoying the coffee prepared by Mario at the Hilton Blue Lagoon Miami Airport Hotel. It wasn't just a drink; it was an experience. Each cup was filled with flavor and care, reflecting his dedication. What truly stood out was his customer service. With a genuine smile, Mario turned a simple moment into something special, always ready to help and make me feel at home. Without a doubt, his warmth and professionalism made my stay memorable. I would definitely return for the incredible experience and the amazing staff.

We continue to stay at this hotel for all business and vacation trips to MIA. The staff is unbelievable and helpful, but I wanted to give a shoutout to Manny and Lauden that work at the dining room. It is always a blast to chat with them and have unbelievable service. This last trip I was there on my birthday and they went out of their way to sing and add a piece of cheesecake. I look forward to my future trips there, a lot of that is due to all my experiences dining there and having such great service 10/10.

I love this Hilton property. I've been here several times, and from the Front Desk to the restaurant, the staff and I have gone above and beyond. It is just a quick ride from MIA airport to the Cruise port, and it's my official location going forward. Thank you for making my stay comfortable.
