The gentleman that picked up my car to tow it to a repair shop is the definition of great customer service. He had a great personality and was very professional. I was running a bit behind to meet him at my vehicle that needed to be towed and he was very patient and it didn’t effect the way he interacted with me when I finally arrived. I would definitely recommend their service.

The driver showed up alot faster than estimated, and got my car hooked up and ready to go in just a few minutes. He was just as fast once dropping the car off at the tire place. Very pleased with the fast professional experience. Thank you for helping my morning get off to a fast start so I can get back on the road.

Super nice guy! So professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. So nerve wracking breaking down with my kids in the car but by the time we got home I was smiling again. He got there as quick as he could and let us ride back with him. Really appreciate the kind and positive attitude from Wayne when my day wasn’t going so good!
