Big thank you to Mike, Eugene, Lamont, Charlie and Norman! My car broke down in a difficult spot deep in a parking garage with low ceilings. Everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable in diagnosing my issue, explaining things clearly, and the laughter and jokes from Mike and Lamont especially really brightened my mood! Thank you very much to Norman for your kindness and for saving me money! I was very impressed with everyone! Thank you all!!

My daughter ran over some train tracks in the strip district and flattened 3 out of 4 of her tires. I called AAA and they dispatched a driver named Josh from Kendall Towing . Josh was amazing! Best tow truck driver I've ever encountered. Very hospitable and honest even told me where I can get the parts to fix the vehicle. More than satisfied. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

If I could give them 20 stars I would! The driver was awesome and fast. Dispatch helped me figure out where to take the vehicle. I was worried this would take me all day and it took me 15 minutes.
