Westside Tow

I unfortunately got stuck in Santa Monica a few weeks ago with a popped tire. Looked up local towing companies and called Westside on a Friday morning. They towed my car to the nearest Costco for new tires at a decent price, and came within 30 minutes of my call. Driver was friendly and personable. Found customer service on the phone surprisingly responsive. Overall would recommend based on my personal experience.

Unfortunately, I broke down on the freeway today, but luckily Sia at Westside Tow was there to rescue me. He came quickly and his top priority was safety since there was no shoulder and when he arrived and saw the danger, he called another truck to block traffic from behind to keep us safe. The other truck came quickly as well and we were off in 5 minutes. Sia was very knowledgeable about what he was doing and once he got me where I needed to go, he waited patiently for me to make sure I didn’t need any further assistance (which I did because my battery had also died). If I ever need a tow again, I hope to work with Sia and Westside Tow.

Roberto aka RoberTOW ! was fantastico as a driver/operator. Super friendly and even more professional at the controls. fyi: Was assigned Westside thru AAA and even got personal call from the Dispatcher. Rapid Response time too. Roberto picked up my car in about fifteen to twenty minutes making a bummer of a day WAY better! Gracias!
