Everyone from Ponderosa was excellent to work with. Craige was on time to the appointment to give us a removal quote. The quote was in line with our expectations for the scope of the job. Mary was very friendly and helpful. The entire crew was hardworking, safe, efficient and friendly. They left our yard immaculate.
Completely blocked neighbor’s driveway as well as cars parked at the curb when they could have blocked the client’s driveway AND not blocked any parked cars (no cars parked at curb) instead. Tried calling but no answer.
We had them shape and thin two mature street trees in front of our property. Did an absolutely fantastic job
