Even though it's hard to get in touch with anyone in the office, you also have to take into consideration that it's one person doing the jobs of 3 or 4. So patience is required. Went through with this for my daughter and now going through with this for my son. It's well worth knowing that your child us getting the education that is sometimes not being given in the public schools. So, be patient and she will get back to you. Remember, she has appointments, another site, and a family.
