It was a Sunday morning on my way to Mass when I discovered that I had a flat tire. I was so relieved to find that Goodyear was open, and once I got my car to the shop, they were able to fix the flat quickly and one at no charge! The gentleman working that particular Sunday were my guardian angels indeed. The best part is I was able to make it to Mass.

I was visiting my son and took his car for a air-conditioning check. He was attending a class at the University and was out of class when the car was still being worked on. The gentleman kindly offered transportation for me to pick up my son. I am so grateful for that. And the work they did. The air is now working in the car. This will now be the place for my son to go to for repairs. Thank you again so much.

Service Manager and staff are very professional and knowledgeable about the maintenance of a vehicle. I own both domestic and foreign make vehicles and each is serviced as required. Very pleased with the service and quality. I recommend the business.

FIRESTONE COMPLETE AUTO CARE BROWNSVILLE REVIEWS

I needed a new battery for my truck. I had not been to a Firestone Service Center in many years and I liked the kind of battery they were offering...and the price. They installed it and I was a satisfied customer. Well, last week my truck started to act like the battery was not working properly...the clock kept having to be reset, and there was a delay when I turned the ignition. So I went back to Firestone and their diagnosis was a bad cell in the battery. A couple of hours later I was driving away with a brand new battery. So, yeah...I will continue using Firestone for my automotive needs. I am one happy customer.

I went in for Brake repair after 5:00 pm. After an ispection it was determined that I needed both front brakes repaired along with rotors. I asked what day they could work on it and he said right now! Not even an hour later my car was ready and carefully handled. Customer service was very courteous and vary transparent with the repairs needed. I would highly recommend the Brownsville Firestone.

Excellent and fast service. Great tire prices for all budgets. Friendly and expert service I highly recommended.
