Orlando replaced three doors in our condo on South Padre Island with heavy duty framed doors. The photo doesn't do the door design justice. Very subtle. The door is very heavy, sound proof, and it feels good when you open and close it compared to what it replaced. The door company I ordered the door from didn't get the first door quite right. They (the door company) thought it was an outside door and didn't pay attention. Orlando was able to make the necessary adjustments to make it work so I didn't have to return it and start over. I was pleased with the result of the first installation so I hired Orlando again to install two more heavy doors. The door company did do the correct doors this time and he installed them and all the latch hardware too. Both times Orlando was on time to start the job which to me is a big deal. He and his helper did the work in a couple of hours and cleaned up. No problems.

These guys are quick and professional. Did a complete replacement of balcony door in less than 2 hours. They were able to fix a job botched badly where the door was installed inside out. The job was done quickly and it was well done. They even cleaned up after, sweeping AND dusting. The workers were very respectful and that is really important for women nervous about calling repairmen. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Hire them!

I was so amazed how smoothly they work with such ease. This shows they are experienced. My windows are so beautiful!! My house looks brand new. I highly recommend their services. We went in to choose the doors for our house, it’s a family business which I liked. Very friendly and helpful people, and knowledgeable on doors. I had never seen or heard about this place, the contractor sent us. I will definitely recommend it to people.

Customer services was excellent they where very understanding of our delay and kept door for six months due to a hiccup with so called contractor out of Los Fresnos. Thank you The Door Stop for your wonderful service we appreciate I will recommend every to you.
