3 Best Furniture Stores in Brownsville, TX

We went to Lack's in McAllen several months ago. The store was so unfriendly and not very welcoming inside. Everything looked bad in the store and we walked out after 5 minutes and ended up buying a bedroom suite at Rooms To Go. Then several months later we were looking for a new living room set. We went to Ashley's in Brownsville and just didn't see anything we loved. There was a Lack's close by and we decided to give it a shot but already thought we would probably quickly walk out. We were greeted by Marcus immediately and after telling him what we were looking for he directed us to areas to begin looking. First of all the store was very open and organized and welcoming. So we started browsing. Marcus was very helpful and began showing us options carefully listening as we said what we liked or disliked about everything we saw. Finally we found our perfect furniture. It had everything I wanted plus it did not have the features my wife disliked which was difficult. We ended up buying it and making some additions to make it perfect for us. Marcus again was wonderful the whole time. Then the ladies at the business office were fantastic, especially Valerie. This store was amazing and changed our outlook about shopping at Lack's. Brownsville you really know how to make a good store. Thanks to everyone who helped us find our perfect furniture.

This is the first time we shopped at Lacks Furniture. One of our family friend recommended Lacks. We are so happy that we went there; purchased sofa and dining table set for 6. Our sales consultant Ms. Martha Sanchez was very helpful, a true professional, knowledgeable, and showed us different varieties so that it was easy to select what we wanted. The furnitures are very good. We will buy furniture from Lacks in the future and will also recommend to others.

Selena De Leon took care of us and she was AMAZING!!! She was very understanding and took her time. She gave us so many options to handle things. She was polite, patience, and at the same time joyful with us. There were things I didn’t understand and she would explain them to me. Selena was also knowledgeable of her materials. We could tell she’s a naturally caring person. When we hit an obstacle she was able to navigate and solve the problem or have another alternative solution(s). Had a wonderful experience purchasing a new bedroom set thanks to Mr. Felipe Castro and Ramiro. Felipe was very helpful, polite and knowledgeable about all of their products. He understood what I was interested in and proceeded to show me what was available. The store was very organized by furniture categories and I didn’t have to look far for what I desired.
