I was seen due to a worsening condition and I was very impressed with the quality of care I received. I was treated with respect and kindness from the minute I walked into the clinic. I am uninsured at the moment so I did have to pay a fee upfront and I’m sure I’ll have a decent bill to pay later but I would rather THAT be my biggest concern at the moment versus not getting any care at all and possibly dealing with a more serious illness down the road. Overall I am very pleased with the care I received here and would recommend this clinic to others. Thank you!
My visit to Urgent Care was very pleasant and everyone was very professional. Minimum Al wait time and saw the provider quickly. I needed x rays which were done and read within minutes. I was in and back out within a short period of time.

What a great experience! Fully equipped facility. The waiting room was not crowded. The front desk attendant was very helpful and even helped us find some missing insurance information. The attending physician was very thorough and listened to my concerns. The nursing staff was very friendly and helpful. We were visiting from out of town and I had an accident on the street. I was able to be checked and felt comfortable continuing our trip.
Everyone, from the take-in desk, nurse, techs, doctor, are so very attentive and kind and truly listen to the patient's concerns and address every issue. I am very hard to "stick" with small, rolling veins that usually require a butterfly needle; but since I needed contrast for a CT scan, a larger needle was required and the nurse and tech very patiently took their time to find a viable vein, to avoid sticking me several times. They made me as comfortable as possible. I've visited this emergency clinic several times and would never consider going anywhere else.
I was processed quickly and received top notch care. Brook gave excellent care and was professional. Dr. Roe was competent, compassionate and I believe he really valued my situation and gave me advice beyond the nuts and bolts of my medical situation. I would definitely go back here when I need ER care. Highly recommend this place top to bottom.
