Kaiser Medical Insurance is exceptional due to its excellent team of doctors who assist patients in prevention, treatment, and referrals to specialists without unnecessary delays. Additionally, they offer 24-hour services.whenever patient needed them.

Took my mother for a lab draw. Receptionist Ricardo was so pleasant and kind. Phlebotomist Brenda was professional and fast, 1 poke with so little pain. Thank you, Kaiser staff, for your 5 star service. Grateful.

The doctor took her time and answered all my questions. And I got there within five minutes I walked in to see the doctor. Very quick service thank you.

XPRESS URGENT CARE REVIEWS

After 2 hours wait at a different urgent care without seeing any doctor or nurse, I decided to leave that place and take my daughter to Xpress Urgent Care. To my surprise, in less than 30 minutes we were called in to see the care provider. The lady was super nice and quickly addressed the issue and prescribed some medication. I highly recommend Xpress Urgent Care.

This place was amazing my wife made an appointment online we got there it was clean the staff was friendly she was in and out in 15 min! We even had to go back later that day to get a paper signed and that took a couple minutes. We will definitely use them again we’ve referred their services to friends and family. My wife and I would like to thank the staff for their service.

The hours are perfect for my time preference. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I was seen right away and was able to determine what was wrong and was given medication to get better.

He made everything easy to understand. I highly recommend Carbon Health Urgent Care in Cypress.

Honestly this place is great! I discovered it on the solv app when I was looking for an urgent care made an appointment and the service is always quick. Maybe I’ve just gotten lucky but I’ve been here 3 times now & it’s always in and out. Staff is friendly, approachable and professional. Will definitely keep coming back to this place when I need an urgent care visit.

The staff was kind, efficient and quick. The facility was clean. It actually took less time to receive services at the Cypress facility, then to call my PCP to make an appointment. I am very impressed with the service, 5 Stars+.
