The staff and COD here are very sweet and understanding. Very welcoming environment! I came very nervous due to my fear of needles and once I got sent back the MA named Lucy made it such a better experience for me! I would definitely recommend this clinic! 10/10 in my books.

Everyone was friendly, I was acknowledged when I can in and was helped immediately. From the office manager,nurse to the doctor, everyone was on point with customer service. It was refreshing going to a place that made you feel like you were a person. Thank you.

Great clinic! I did not wait long at all and the staff was very helpful. The doctor gave me medication that helped me feel better right away. I will definitely go back here for care.

My first visit to San Antonio Urgent Care in Ontario was fantastic! From the moment I walked in with my daughter, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The facility was spotlessly clean, which is always a good sign. It was also conveniently located and easy to access. Overall, a great experience—I highly recommend it.

Great place for a quick Doctors visit. They are very friendly and fast. I have come here for my husband, kids and for myself. Front desk is always helpful and they see you quickly. Waiting for them to add x ray machines so we completely eliminate ER visits if it’s not a life threatening situation.

Good experience so far, much better than the eastvale location! They actually listen and interact with you.

The service here was great! You sign in and they let you go to your car and wait. They text you when you are ready to be seen. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful.
