My dog recently got spayed on 1/23, but she’s also gotten all her vaccines here as well. After reading some bad reviews, I can see how people get frustrated because you will be waiting for quite some time, for check in and pick up. I think it’s important to ask questions and not just be in a hurry to leave, that seems obvious but I feel most people miss this. The staff there repeats the same things about after care to each and every pet parent that I feel goes unnoticed because they just waited an hour in a crowd and want to take their pet home. I just want the staff to know that this pet parent is very happy with their services and care for my dog. After about a week and a half she’s back to normal and nice and healed after her spay. Know that in coming here that you’re going to wait but they do care about your pet and will answer all questions you have with patience and understanding.

Not your typical nickel & dime you for just walking in. The staff are very attentive to your pets needs and are always very helpful. Most your questions are answered unless it involves the attending vetenarin and you will be fully informed of your pets needs and condition. Best part about coming here it is reasonably affordable compared to other clinics and they work with you. Be advised this is a very busy place at times and calling ahead is encouraged.

They are very knowledgeable and friendly. Their service is quality and they seem to really care about animals. I have taken 2 community cats and 2 personal pets and each time have had positive experiences. The prices are great also.

ONTARIO VETERINARY HOSPITAL REVIEWS

Great vets and staff. Communicative, helpful, treats the animals with care and compassion. All animal care is expensive. However, Ontario Vet quoted me the same price as another Vet in Upland but provided more services. My dog needed some teeth extracted and the rest cleaned. Due to a slight heart murmur, OVH recommended an ultrasound and blood work to ensure my boy could handle the anesthesia and surgery. The vet in Upland did not offer or recommended this service but was quoting me nearly the same price as OVH. His procedure went well, bad breath is gone, and his remaining teeth are nice and white. Thank you OVH for taking care of my boy.

My whole family has come here. This was my first time and I was so impressed. Everyone was friendly and treated my kitties with care. Dr Wright was hilarious and knowledgeable. So upbeat and made my experience amazing. They truly care about your pet and I am so glad I brought my babies here. 10/10.

These wonderful people were able to see my Simba on a moments notice! The vet techs are knowledgeable and very helpful. The veterinarian was a compassionate lady that sorted my boy out in one visit. Forever thankful.

This hospital is exceptional!!! My little dachshund lost function of his back legs on Wednesday morning. He was seen through the ER and had surgery with Dr. Wachowiak the next day. Every single person at this hospital from the front desk to the technicians to the doctors truly cares about the patients as if they were their own. Frank is back home and on the mend. I am so grateful to every member of this hospital!!! Special thank you to Dr. Wachowiak for squeezing Frank in to your already fully booked schedule, Ana for keeping him safe under anesthesia, and the entire ER team for providing exceptional nursing care pre and post op!!! You guys are amazing!!! I am forever grateful!!!!.

My Best Furry Friend suddenly got super sick and Died he was fine and then awful..I rushed him in and he had already passed away in my Suburban. I primary Vet Believes it was a Heart Attack.. The Staff at VCA rushed to my Vehicle and did everything they could.. They where Super Kind to Me and My Friend. It was Awful and my Heart is broken..But they Where professional Kind and did everything they could.. Thank you VCA.

The staff is so friendly here. And we had an amazing consultation with Dr Wachowiak for one of my older shepherds. He was clear about his findings and very courteous, answered all my questions. My dog wasn't stressed and the facility is clean and inviting.
