3 Best Yoga Studios in Ontario, CA

This is a wonderful yoga studio. Jorgelina has created a beautiful, inclusive space for all. The atmosphere is lovely, the instructors are all excellent and kind, and the classes are the perfect blend of relaxing and challenging. The props are high quality and there’s even a comfortable waiting area to hang out in before or after class, with hot tea available. As a travel nurse, I’ve been a part of several yoga studios - but this one has been my favorite! Do yourself a favor and do their intro special, $30 for an unlimited 2 weeks, and give this place a try.

Jorgelina’s classes and presence is both healing and amazing. It’s only been three months and I’ve already seen the massive improvement in both my physical and spiritual being all thanks to the wonderful instructors and their gifts. The workshops are my absolute favorite especially the singing bowls. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The space is clean and tidy especially with the pandemic still going on. This studio was a blessing when I’ve needed it most and still is.

Jorgelina is a Master in her practice of Reiki She incorporates her skills of reiki, meditation and yoga. I feel relaxed and reenergized after my reiki sessions. I highly recommend her and her studio, for it has helped me in achieving a healthier life journey.

I'd like to make a recommendation for "The Mind Body Connection" in Upland, CA. I recently joined their Yoga studio and have loved meeting the teachers and other yogis there. Kevala redesigned the studio and it is so beautiful! It's a wonderful space to create your flow in. I've been trying new classes like "Therapeutic Yoga", "Yoga Trapeze", "Yoga to Alleviate Depression" & "Yoga for a Healthy Back". I went in lacking strength in certain areas, and the classes have helped me correct my posture, and elongate my body. I feel so much better after attending a class. I really like how many classes they offer each week, the times offered, and the diversity of the classes. Each one I learn something new. I really appreciate my teacher's coaching for meditation. I feel a lot happier after I can meditate for even a few minutes. I firmly believe in yoga's benefits for the body and the mind and highly recommend this particular studio! Went here for the first time last night and it was lovely. The instructor was very welcoming, paced the class well and gave lots of good cues. I went to more of a therapeutic class for back pain and it was great. Very relaxing but also intentional. I am picky about the studios I go to, but I liked this one so much I am going back tonight. Check them out if you are in the area.

This was such a healing experience for me. I feel grateful, blessed, and excited which is a new sensation lately, and a big reason I sought out help in this manner. Thank you to Kevala.
