For starters I was 4 hours away from the dealership. With just text and phone conversations Chris was able to make me feel comfortable enough to make the drive on a whim. I must say upon arriving I was greeted by name and it made me feel good about making my purchase. With this being my first time purchase at a dealer I was very reluctant that I would be able to drive home with a new car.
