We’ve had an amazing experience with Animal Medical Center in Lubbock, and I can’t recommend Dr. Polk enough! He’s been incredible with both of our dogs—always thorough, kind, and professional. Dr. Polk takes the time to explain everything in detail and ensures we feel confident and informed about every step of our pets’ care. Our small dog recently had CCL surgery, and Dr. Polk made the entire process seamless. From the day of the procedure to the follow-up care, he kept us updated and ensured everything went smoothly. His attention to detail and genuine care for our pets’ well-being is unmatched. On top of that, the wait times are always short, which makes the visits stress-free for both us and our pets. Thank you, Dr. Polk, and the entire Animal Medical Center team, for providing such exceptional care! We’re so grateful to have a trusted place for our furry family members.

Everyone here is amazing. Vets are excellent. No problem fees are fair . They take EXCELLENT care of Brutus and the Littles.

This emergency animal clinic was amazing and the staff are so kind. We had to drive almost two hours for our puppy to get checked because she was attacked. Unfortunately, she did not make it but they did everything possible to make us comfortable as well as her. They truly do everything they can for your pet and that’s all you can ever ask for. Although it costs us over $500 for the visit, X-rays, anesthesia, and I believe some other stuff, it truly is all worth it to try and save your pet and make them feel as comfortable as possible. I can’t thank the staff enough for doing what they could and honoring her memory. Adding a photo of her since she was so young and just so sweet.

Dr. Allison Drew at Lubbock Small Animal Emergency Clinic provided exceptional care for my pet during a recent emergency. She was compassionate, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The staff was friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming environment. I felt confident in the treatment plan and appreciated the follow-up after our visit. Highly recommend Dr. Drew for anyone needing veterinary care!.

The staff here is exceptional. I appreciated the vet and techs compassion, honesty, and professionalism throughout the whole visit. The vet gave me the most honest answer and genuinely had my cat's wellbeing in mind. Unfortunately, he did have to be put down, but they allowed me to see and hold him and gave me as much time as I needed to say goodbye. They saw me on the worst day of my life and still managed to give me a great deal of comfort.

I can't say enough great things about the staff, Vet techs and Dr Bradley. I called yesterday to schedule an appointment for both my fur baby boys to get the shot for their allergies. They were able to get us in later in the day. Our boys are always excited when we go to the office. Not only did they give them their shots but they were able to squeeze in a little exam of one of our boys who has an ear infection and immediately gave a medicine to clear up the infection and schedule a follow up. Anyone looking for the best veterinarian in town, this is the place.

After moving here and having to find a new vet. Top that with losing one of our furbabies to cancer. You made our choice to make you our family furbaby veterinary easier. Your clinic is a blessing and full of kind,caring, compassionate vet techs. Thank you for being there for our Roise. If you hadn't made us feel like we was home we would have been driving 323 miles to our family vet.

82nd Street Vet took great care of Dolly! The staff are friendly , communicate well and checked up on her after surgery. They are our primary vet for all our pet needs!.
