This is great place. I had to do a pre employment drug screen. I went at the very end of the day. They got me in quickly and were incredibly nice. The staff that works there is awesome. Good place to choose for appointments and screening. I was very grateful they helped me.

REGAL PARK MEDICAL CENTER REVIEWS

Regal Park has been excellent for both urgent care and primary care needs. As a college student, finding a reliable healthcare provider was initially challenging, but Regal Park made the process easy. Their team is efficient, ensuring I get seen quickly and receive clear answers about my illness. The facility is also extremely clean and well-maintained, which adds to the overall comfort and professionalism of the experience. I only wish I had found them sooner...it would have saved me from several frustrating experiences at other urgent care facilities in Lubbock. Highly recommend.

Out of all of the primary care clinics in Lubbock I would choose Regal Park any day. The staff is exceptional! Dr. Tiemann and his nurse practitioners are absolutely amazing ! They both take their time listening to you and giving any recommendations to help you! When in doubt Regal Park.

I love this place.They are very attentive and take very good care of their patients. They listen and make sure to cover all bases. I've seen multiple physicians and every single one has been great.

UMC URGENT CARE AT KINGSPARK REVIEWS

I did visit while ir was busy so I won’t speak on the wait and the lobby but on the part that important . I saw a Nurse practionor who had a student from LCU and the care I received was wonderful. I was alrdy in great care with the student but when the peacrionor came in it was the icing on the cake. I felt listened to and cared for unlike with my pcp my husband was also see. later that day and had a good exprence too.

Everyone is friendly, wait time is less than any place I have been. My children liked their Nurse and their New doctor. Environment was clean and pictures on the wall were kid friendly and excellent photography. We love this place in general.

UMC KingsPark is my go to place when I have a medical emergency. From a sinus infection to a broken toe, they will get you in, in a very timely manner. They are courteous, compassionate, very knowledgeable and take the time necessary to explain any concerns or issues that you may have. I definitely recommend them for your medical needs.
