Even though we’ve only had two sessions so far, I already feel incredibly thankful for the level of care and support we’ve received. Our counselor has been warm, attentive, and truly thoughtful in her approach. She takes time to listen, offers meaningful suggestions, and creates a space that feels safe and supportive. It’s such a relief to feel understood and guided by someone who genuinely cares. We’re grateful to have connected with her. Prayers answered with finding a good therapist.

This was my 2nd visit with my clinician. She was very interested in hearing about my recent trip to NC. She always gives positive re-enforcements to me so that I can begin to believe them for myself.

She’s super sweet and listens to every word. She always gives you realistic advice as well not just what you want to hear. It feels great to be validated by an unbiased person, I highly recommend.

Mental health is so important, we need to communicate everything that’s going on. No matter our age, sex, race, or religion. And while we’re at it we need to support each other with words of encouragement. Great job, Journeys keep working as hard as you do.

Jen Adam’s is amazing!!!!! I love her to death and she truly has helped me get past some of the worst trauma in my life and taught me healthy coping skills. Forever grateful to her and highly recommend.

We have been taking my son here since September and Ashley has been GREAT with our son. She is kind and really patient with him. He was nervous at first but now he’s excited to come here.

If you’re looking for someone who really cares about you, your journey and where you’re going in life, Chelsea is the person you want in your corner. In individual sessions, I felt heard, understood and I felt genuine empathy and compassion from her. In my opinion, you can’t go wrong with Chelsea.

Chelsea comes with a wealth of knowledge from many years in the middle school setting as a school counselor to personal experiences. She is a true gem to the counseling profession! Chelsea has a huge heart for her clients and is always willing to go the extra mile. I’d recommend her over and over again.

Chelsea is kind, caring and has extensive knowledge and experience especially when it comes to helping teens and kids. She takes her clients seriously, no matter the age. She’s always ready to help.
