Clean and friendly. Everybody was helpful and polite, and they were fast. You can even setup an appointment online to speed up the process. Kenneth was very knowledgeable about getting me setup with contact lenses and pricing. Will Definitely go here from now on.

Absolutely enjoyed my visit, ladies at the front desk were very helpful! I was in and out really quickly, Claudia Hernandez is amazing at what she does, and I would recommend this eye doctor to anyone in Lubbock or the surrounding area!.

Dr. Riley and his staff are fantastic! Everyone I worked with was friendly, helpful and so patient! I highly recommend them!

I was nervous taking my daughter somewhere new as she doesn't do too well with new doctors but it had to be done, and I was so happy that she felt as comfortable as I did. All staff from the receptionist to optometrist were so sweet, and so patient. They really heard us out, so I was very appreciative. I will definitely be recommending this establishment to my family and we are about a 2 hr drive away, it was worth it! The woman that helped us pick out glasses was also patient and I appreciated the honesty, Haha! Just overall a great experience. Although there was a hiccup when finding our correct insurance information, I totally understand things happen! But I was so glad they were so patient with us. Again, thank you all !.

Wentz and Woodrich Eyecare has a very welcoming atmosphere. We were addressed very promptly once we entered the building. The assistant was most positive while gathering pre examination data. Dr. Reece has a professional attitude and is very knowledgeable about his job. He loves his job which made us very comfortable.

Today was my first visit with Dr. Wentz and the whole experience was amazing. Everyone was so helpful and helped me get new glasses and a new contact subscription. So glad I found my new optometrist!!.

The best visit! Scheduled same day! Friendly staff really loved this establishment. Thank you for helping me out with the selection of my new glasses. Very informative on different glasses and options. Again, very happy with this visit.

It was very quick and easy. The team was super nice and helpful. I did not feel rushed during the exam or when shopping for frames. They took the time to help me find the right pair that for my style best. Thank y'all!.
