I think this is one of the nicest vet facilities in this area. It’s always clean and welcoming. It always feels like you’re walking into someone’s home. The rooms are always spotless and the staff treats our animals great. We have been going to this vet for more than 20 years. We also board our dogs here and the facility is really nice. What I can tell you - both of my dogs RUN INSIDE when we arrive. When we come in for appointments they are very thorough and will answer any questions. We have never been made to feel as though they were in a rush or didn’t have time.

Very very friendly bunch of people from the Drs. to the technicians. Everybody is firendly, everybody are animal lovers. They take very good care of all the animals that are brought in. The doctors and the technicians both take the time to explain all the details of what's going in and answer any questions we may have. We have been doing business with them for 40 plus years.

I always feel like a priority when I'm in their office. It can be hard to find good vet care and Stack expertise combined with their kind demeanor and transparency gives me a lot of confidence in taking my pets to them.

Fast, efficient care. Everyone was friendly and professional, the vet tech was great! Twix was seen by the vet, examined, vaccinated without any lecture’s about adding vaccinations and doing unnecessary testing, I really appreciated this. I ask for some weight management plan for kitty and it was promptly emailed to me! The were all great!! Twix and my future pets have found they’re new Veterinarian!!.

The entire staff is amazing. We recently switched our two pitbulls to this clinic and have been so happy. Our oldest, Kai was diagnosed with cancer and needed surgery. The entire staff went out of their way to comfort us and make sure we were ok.

We have 2 Boston terriers Dante and Mya and we take them to Lyncort Vetenary because of their top notch staff that is loving and caring. They have also been flexible when I show up early which I appreciate greatly.

My nearly 15 year old Cavachon had an adenoma on his rear-end that vets in our area (Rochester) were not equipped to remove. After researching hospitals in Buffalo and Syracuse, I decided to take my Charlie to this medical center. I am SO happy I did. Consultation about options was very professional, not high pressure. Dr St Germaine was confident she could remove the growth with low risk of complications, so about 3 weeks later, I brought Charlie in for his surgery. From the minute we entered the center, the staff was WONDERFUL, can't praise them enough. Kind, compassionate, and best of all, Charlie came through the surgery with flying colors. They took excellent care of my boy, wouldn't hesitate to bring him to the Veterinary Medical Center of CNY again, very happy with the results.

I have had several experiences with VMC and all have been excellent and reassuring. Dr Bailey is a pleasure to work with and I feel confident in her level of knowledge. The entire staff is warm, welcoming and compassionate. Very skilled surgeons too. Solved a difficult case for us. Thank you!!.

I was pleased with the quick service we received. Great explanation of what was going on. They were not able to perform the surgery needed due to their schedule. My vet was able to do it immediately, and my dog is home and on the mend. Thank-you so much, VMC.
