VCA Alexandria Animal Hospital

This animal vet/hospital is heaven sent. I’ve been taking my pup here since I got her (five years ago) and every time we go, it’s a great experience; whether it’s because she has a cold, got an ear infection, has diarrhea (the case today), or even routine appointments. The staff and the doctors are very knowledgeable and you can tell they truly care about the well being of their patients. What I also like, is this place is not money hungry. They legitimately want the best for their customers and their pets, and don’t try to lie or do unnecessary services just for the hell of it. I could go on, and on, but definitely would give this place more than 5 stars if I could! #AHappyDogMom

For nearly 14 years I took my dog to this office. They always did an amazing job of caring for him. In his last day with us, they were incredibly supportive, caring, and gave candid advice as I faced the difficult decision to put my best friend down. They could tell it was incredibly hard on me and even went as far as to send me a personal condolence card. I cannot recommend them enough - the doctors and staff are phenomenal.

The vets here have been very caring. They take the time to explain the issues and needs and make sure that I understand what actions need to occur for my pet to be healthy and happy. The front desk staff have always been happy and welcoming. They are very knowledgeable, but even if they don't know the answer, they will find out for you and get back to you. I would absolutely recommend anyone to bring there pet.
